Cancellations

We all know that sometimes despite our best intentions 'life' occasionally gets in the way. If you have booked a workshop and your child can no longer make it we can refund your booking if you let us know 14 days before the date of the workshop.  If you have to cancel less than 14 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as we will have bought materials and arranged tutors. You can however find someone else to take your child’s place but please let us know the day before the class.

Privacy Policy

We keep all your data secure and do not sell or pass on any information to anyone else.

Abandoned art work

We have limited space available for storing artwork. We keep all artwork for 28 days after it has been fired if you cannot make it to collect during that time please call 01622 735312 and we will hold onto if for longer. After 30 days we will consider the artwork abandoned and will start to process it for disposal.

Child Protection

We have a child protection officer Nicole Ward who makes sure we are compliant with the most recent child protection policies. All of our staff have up to date DBS checks and have all worked previously in schools or after school clubs with children of all ages.
