Health and Safety measures at This Art of Mine studio for Covid-19

To keep our studio as safe as possible we ask our customers to do the following:

  • Please adhere to all the safety procedures put in place by the staff, failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the studio.

  • Please do not attend the studio if you feel unwell or have the following symptoms such as shortness of breath, a cough, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell or have been in contact with someone who has these symptoms.

  • Please wear a mask when inside the studio.

Our safety measures to protect our customers and staff:

  • We have limited the number of people allowed to come to the studio at a particular time to make sure there is space for everyone to remain socially distanced from each other.

  • We will keep the studio well ventilated with the windows and doors open as much as possible.

  • The studio will be regularly cleaned throughout each session (two sessions a day) predominantly in higher contact areas such as door handles and stair banisters and will have a deep clean in the middle of the day making sure all equipment is sterilised and refreshed for the next group of customers.

  • Each customer will have their own set of brushes, tools, palette and water pot which they will be asked to put into a sterilising solution at the end of their visit.

  • Each table will be asked to nominate a ‘Paint Prefect’ to put on gloves and go to the paint station and select paints for their group. Hand sanitisers will be available on every table. Each bottle of paint will be wiped down with disinfectant at the end of each session.

  • We ask that your group remain seated unless visiting the toilet.

  • We ask that customers only touch the piece of ceramic they wish to paint and all prices will be clearly marked on the shelves.
